The prices are per day and apartment. The price includes bed linen, towels and tea towels, electricity, heating and the final cleaning.
On the day of departure, they must be vacated by 9.30 a.m.

Bread roll service
From Monday to Saturday, the baker delivers fresh bread rolls as well as milk, cream, yogurt, or curd directly to our farm. You can order the bread the day before from farmer Renate and pay for it at the end of your vacation. The day can thus be pleasantly and conveniently started with the fresh bread rolls from Nature Bakery Messner.
Breakfast basket
Contains a variety of farm-fresh and estate-produced products depending on the season and availability. For adults € 15.00 and for children € 12.00.
From the 1st of January 2024, the province of Bolzano will request the payment of a visitor’s tax of € 2.50 per person per day (except for children under the age of 14).
