Adventure holiday at the foot of Mount Schlern

Völs am Schlern, situated in the heart of South Tyrol. It is a perfect starting point for extended hikes. You can reach the „Völser Weiher“, a popular bathing lake in summer, or the mountain pasture „Tuffalm“ in very short time.

Experienced hikers will climb up Mount Schlern or the Tschafon mountain, while others will enjoy a bike tour or take a walk to the Prösels Castle.

Within a ten minutes‘ walk you can reach the public bus stop. There are excellent bus links to Bozen, to Seis and Kastelruth, to the Seiser Alm or to the Gardena Valley.
The free shuttle-bus to the cableway leading up to the Seiseralm in fifteen minutes departs every thirty minutes.
